Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your TrueMile login and associated personal data. You don't need the app installed to make a request.

Email TrueMile support

Email us from the address you use to sign in. Include your company name and say that you want your account and personal data deleted. We'll verify the request and explain any operational or legal records your company needs to retain. Don't send your password.

Company owners

To remove your entire company account, sign in and open My Account → Danger zone → Delete account & all data. This also removes the company's trucks, jobs and team data and cancels its subscription. Read the confirmation carefully.
